Mandatory athlete check-in for MEN’S CLASSIC BODYBUILDING is from 10-noon on Thursday, March 1 at Veterans Memorial. Mandatory athlete check-in for FITNESS, BODYFITNESS/FIGURE AND BIKINI is from 3-6 p.m. at Veterans Memorial.
Mandatory athlete check-in for MEN’S & WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING, MEN’S PHYSIQUE and FIGURE MASTERS is from 7-8 a.m. Friday, March 2 at Veterans Memorial.
PLEASE NOTE: MEN’S CLASSIC BODYBUILDING AHTHLETES SHOULD ARRIVE ON WEDNESDAY AS THERE IS AN EARLY WEIGH IN/CHECK IN FOR MEN’S CLASSIC BODYBUILDING FROM 10 A.M. TO NOON ON THURSDAY, MARCH 1 AT VETERANS MEMEORIAL.

IFBB national federation presidents who travel through Port Columbus International Airport with their athletes should contact Bob Lorimer at bob@arnoldexpo.com to arrange shuttle service to and from the airport to the Sheraton Columbus at Capitol Square or the Westin Columbus for their respective teams.
FREE ATHLETE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Arnold Amateur athlete shuttle service (Croswell Motor Coach) will be available from the Hyatt on Capitol Square to Westin to Veterans Memorial on Thursday, March 1 from 3:00 to 5:45 p.m. Shuttle backstage returns to hotel after competition. Shuttle runs from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
PUBLIC FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Arnold Sports Festival is proud to provide a FREE SHUTTLE SERVICES for all athletes and attendees at the 2012 Arnold Sports Festival. CROSWELL VIP MOTOR COACH Services, will provide this service, and will be labeled ARNOLD EXPO PUBLIC SHUTTLE. Riders will wait at one of the following locations, board buses, and be transported to the desired location. These buses will travel the following circuit:
DoubleTree Hotel to Veterans Memorial to Courtyard by Marriott to Nationwide Arena/Arena Grand Theatre to LC Pavilion to Convention Center to Columbus Renaissance Hotel to Hyatt on Capitol Square to Holiday Inn to City Center Parking Garage (South Entrance) to Westin Hotel to DoubleTree Hotel
THE HOURS OF SHUTTLE SERVICE OPERATION ARE:
FRIDAY (March 2) – 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
SATURDAY (March 3) – 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM (Sunday)
SUNDAY (March 4) – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The shuttle service will allow people to leave their cars at their hotels and alleviate some of the parking congestion that always accompanies an event of this magnitude.
